Heavier than a normal shot bag, these 12.5KG are custom made for the film industry by a local Melbourne grip. Made from a grid backed PCV these wont split open like other brands and leak metal all over your set.
They are ideal for weighting or stabilising objects that are wind-affected or inherently unstable -lighting stands, sound equipment, banner stands, umbrellas, tents/marquees, signage and a million other jobs.
The shotbags are filled with small pieces of metal which creates their flexible properties.
Constructed from a tough, fire retardant PVC fabric. Each weight is fitted with a webbing strap handle, for ease of transport.
“When you hire a light from us, it comes with a stand, power lead, and shot bag included in the price. If you are unfamiliar with the gear, I can show you how to set it up upon collection, at no additional charge. All gear is tested prior to going out, and is tested and tagged as per electrical safety regulations. After hours pick up is available.”
